Business Continuity - Cyber Recovery Testing Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Strongsville, OH, or Birmingham, AL

Base salary: $91,000–$202,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead cyber recovery testing across application portfolios, data assets, and supporting infrastructure.
• Plan and coordinate structured recovery exercises, simulations, and readiness assessments.
• Validate application and data recoverability against defined recovery time and resiliency objectives.
• Coordinate testing with infrastructure, security, and application teams, including dependency validation.
• Analyze test results, identify recovery gaps, and develop remediation plans through closure.
• Produce executive reporting, recovery metrics, continuity plans, and training materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in disaster recovery, cyber recovery, infrastructure recovery, application recovery testing, or resiliency programs.
• Experience conducting recovery exercises and validating application and data asset recoverability.
• Understanding of backup, replication, disaster recovery, application recovery, crisis management, and contingency planning.
• Knowledge of application architecture, dependency mapping, recovery objectives, and cloud-based recovery solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Must work in-office at one of the specified United States locations; visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with cyber recovery, immutable storage, replication technologies, or data recovery platforms.
• Certifications such as CBCP, CISA, CISSP, AWS, or Azure certifications.
