What you will do

• Assess enterprise ransomware preparedness across technology platforms, infrastructure, and recovery processes.
• Evaluate architectures against the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-61, CIS Critical Security Controls, and business continuity standards.
• Map application and infrastructure dependencies, identify resilience gaps, and oversee remediation requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end recovery testing, data validation, backup simulations, and tabletop crisis exercises.
• Build technical risk heat maps, recovery tracking repositories, and executive dashboards.
• Create recovery playbooks, technical documentation, and training curricula for operations and support teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure solutions architecture, or disaster recovery engineering focused on enterprise-scale recovery.
• Extensive knowledge of backup and recovery topologies, secure immutable storage, and isolated recovery environments.
• Deep familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-61, and CIS Critical Security Controls.
• Experience with cross-platform infrastructure dependency mapping and system performance analysis during simulation testing.
• Expert technical writing skills for enterprise security policies and business continuity standards.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills across technical and executive stakeholders.
