Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid

Salary: $89,360–$134,040 USD annually. Geographic pay structures may apply, including $98,320–$147,480 and $102,800–$154,200.

What you will do

• Coordinate annual cybersecurity certifications and compliance with requirements including New York DFS Part 500, Wisconsin Insurance Data Security Law, Model Audit Rule, and the SWIFT Customer Security Programme.
• Lead responses to regulatory examinations and information requests from the OCC, FINRA, SEC, and Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance.
• Support the development and ongoing operation of the California Consumer Privacy Act Article 9 program.
• Interpret technical regulatory requirements and build stakeholder consensus on scope, control coverage, remediation, and risk conclusions.
• Integrate cybersecurity requirements into an automated continuous controls monitoring program using a unified data platform and ServiceNow.
• Provide regulatory and compliance guidance to first-line technology teams responsible for applications and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in information systems, systems audit, IT controls, or technology risk and compliance.
• Experience building or enhancing regulatory compliance programs.
• Strong relationship management, influence, communication, negotiation, professional judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, resolve complex issues, and create structure in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to collaborate across technology, compliance, risk, and audit functions.
