Senior Vice President, Technology Strategy & Enablement

Base salary: $233,800–$441,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the enterprise technology strategy, multi-year roadmap, and annual technology planning process.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating rhythms, decision rights, and accountability mechanisms across the technology organization.
• Govern the enterprise technology investment portfolio, including demand, capacity, dependencies, delivery risks, benefits realization, and executive reporting.
• Lead the Agile Center of Excellence, enterprise agile enablement, coaching standards, and engineering effectiveness measurement using DORA and flow metrics.
• Oversee technology finance and FinOps, including budgeting, forecasting, cloud cost optimization, chargeback, showback, and return-on-investment visibility.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, technology partnerships, organizational change, executive communications, and leadership operating cadence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology organizations.
• Executive-level experience in technology strategy, transformation, portfolio management, operating model design, governance, or technology management.
• Experience advising CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, or other senior executives and leading large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Experience managing enterprise technology investment portfolios, strategic planning, executive vendor relationships, and complex technology partnerships.
• Strong understanding of product operating models, agile delivery, cloud technologies, technology governance, technology financial management, and talent development.
