H&S Site Supervisor (Castellon or Alcudia)

Location: On-site in Alcudia or Castellon, Spain

What you will do

• Monitor preventive activities and compliance with occupational risk controls on site.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions and coordinate immediate corrective actions.
• Inspect tools, materials, and work methods to prevent accidents and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Promote safe behaviors through meetings, safety tours, and site visits.
• Encourage the use of Site Hazard Observation Cards and track safety observations.

Requirements

• Training as a Senior Technician in occupational risk prevention.
• At least 5 years of experience in occupational risk prevention, especially in energy projects.
• Knowledge of applicable occupational safety legislation, electrical risks, and work at height.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Ability to work on site in Alcudia or Castellon, Spain.
