Spring 2027 Corporate Citizenship Co-op (January - June)

Hourly pay rate: $21.00-$25.00

What you will do

• Support the implementation and management of the corporate citizenship strategy and action plan.
• Create and document processes and procedures for the Corporate Citizenship team.
• Manage and update the Corporate Citizenship resource page in SharePoint.
• Coordinate logistics for volunteer events, galas, and charitable drives.
• Work with design and communications teams to produce event advertisements and communications.
• Research charitable organizations and help create presentations and maintain program documentation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate co-op program and pursuing a degree in Business, Corporate Social Responsibility, Public Policy, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to interact professionally with senior executives, community leaders, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with corporate citizenship programs, community organizations, and nonprofit groups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Experience volunteering or supporting charitable causes.
