Analytics & Reporting Analyst

Location: Remote within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii

Base pay: $52,200–$94,600 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain reimbursement and financial models for contracting, pricing strategies, network initiatives, and business decisions.
• Evaluate contract proposals and reimbursement methodologies.
• Conduct financial impact analyses, scenario modeling, and forecasting.
• Produce reports, datasets, and analytical tools that provide actionable business insights.
• Assess reimbursement and business challenges, identify trends, and verify model assumptions and results.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience in data analysis and information reporting.
• Ability to produce datasets and reports using SQL, Excel, or other reporting tools.
• Ability to verify report accuracy and provide insights with guidance.
• Ability to learn business processes, customers, and required analytical skills.
• Must be located within the continental United States; California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii are excluded.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
