Banking Process Specialist with German (Part Time)

Location: Hybrid only from Wroclaw, Poland; part-time schedule at 50% capacity, 16:00–20:00.

What you will do

• Execute and oversee business process transactions with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to support reporting and business decisions.
• Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to process optimization.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other team members.
• Maintain and update process documentation while ensuring compliance with procedural standards.

Requirements

• Fluent German at minimum B2 level.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience with business process transactions, management, and optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and contribute to process improvements and reporting.
• Continuous learning mindset and awareness of relevant industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP.
