Counterparty Credit Risk Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Perform fundamental credit analysis of quantitative and qualitative factors for internal ratings and lending transactions.
• Collaborate with Global Banking & Markets, Legal, and Operations to review client credit requests.
• Proactively monitor counterparts and industry subsectors, reporting impacts to senior management.
• Review and approve derivative, funding, and lending transactions while ensuring appropriate risk mitigants.
• Interact with regulators and internal/external auditors as part of the ongoing supervision process.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in credit risk management or financial analysis.
• Practical knowledge of capital market products, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of derivatives, funding, and lending products and related trading documentation.
