Transfer Agency Representative (Alternatives)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, or 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Support the Alternatives Transfer Agency team in processing investor transactions.
• Record commitments, capital calls, distributions, transfers, and redemptions accurately.
• Build strong client contact through prompt follow-up and maintain effective relationships within the transfer agency team.
• Deliver high-quality work while following firm policies and procedures.
• Identify problems early, escalate issues when necessary, and help close procedural gaps.
• Support upgrades to internal processes in a dynamic operations environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
• Strong aptitude for numbers, accuracy, organization, and multitasking.
• Ability to arrange tasks according to their relative importance.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Client-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively.
• Eagerness to learn in a complex and evolving alternative funds operations environment.
