Insights Consultant (French)

Location: Remote - UK; candidates must already be based in the country of employment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 UK time.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build trusted relationships as a strategic partner.
• Understand client objectives, provide guidance, resolve service and delivery issues, and maintain a high-quality customer experience.
• Coordinate with Rapid Intelligence, Media Intelligence, and other internal teams to deliver accurate and insightful outputs.
• Support renewals, proposals, statements of work, contract documentation, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Contribute to research, writing, editing, quality checks, and responses to ad-hoc client requests.

Requirements

• French-speaking candidates required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, accurate, and engaging content.
• Experience building relationships, influencing stakeholders, resolving client challenges, and working in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong presentation, analytical, problem-solving, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
