Senior Software Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend software components for a complex multidisciplinary system.
• Build scalable, high-performance server-side solutions using Java.
• Design and implement concurrent and multithreaded processes.
• Optimize system performance and resource utilization.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and edge cases.
• Collaborate with a small agile development team and participate in architecture and code reviews.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on backend software development experience using Java.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing and developing complex software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in agile development environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and database technologies.
• Experience with C#.
• Experience with multidisciplinary systems involving software and hardware integration.
