Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $175,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and evolve member-facing experiences, including the website and enrollment flows.
• Develop provider-facing tools supporting care coordination and clinical workflows.
• Deliver features across the full stack and multiple product surfaces in collaboration with Product, Design, and cross-functional partners.
• Shape experiments and new product ideas, improve existing workflows, and support communication and data flow across the care journey.
• Monitor production features, troubleshoot incidents, and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Make technical decisions that improve the member experience as the product ecosystem scales.

Requirements

• Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage environments and shipping MVPs through rapid iteration.
• Experience collaborating with Product teams and taking loosely scoped ideas through to completed features.
• Strong web development experience with stacks similar to Vue, TypeScript, FastAPI, Python, and Postgres.
• Experience using observability tools to monitor and troubleshoot production applications; hirify.global uses Datadog.
• Ability to reason about security implications when working with member data.
• Comfort with ambiguity, changing priorities, and scaling products in a startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building public-facing or other user-facing applications.
• Experience balancing external user needs with operational workflows and internal tools.
• Previous experience in healthcare or health tech.
