What you will do

• Lead the integration of AI into business operations and the overall AI transformation function.
• Identify high-value opportunities across the business and redesign underlying workflows.
• Build practical AI solutions directly and direct specialist delivery when needed.
• Own the AI transformation portfolio, priorities, and delivery capacity within agreed budgets.
• Drive sustained adoption and improve quality, speed, capacity, and commercial performance.
• Equip teams to operate workflows independently and resolve routine issues without central specialist support.

• Ability to identify valuable AI applications across business functions.
• Ability to build useful solutions directly.
• Ability to direct specialist delivery and manage delivery priorities within agreed budgets.
• Ability to establish clear ownership, reliable operation, and sustained adoption of new workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex work and evaluate improvements after review, rework, and running costs.
