Head of Product (AI)

Location: Hiring in multiple countries with a hybrid/remote working scheme.

What you will do

• Define the product strategy for AI-driven value across hirify.global.
• Translate current AI capabilities into a prioritised and sequenced product roadmap.
• Own measurable outcomes across adoption, efficiency, revenue, and customer value.
• Partner with executive leadership to align AI investment with company priorities and defend it in commercial terms.
• Hire and develop a product team with ownership of people and budget.
• Set build-versus-buy standards and drive practical adoption of AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience leading product organisations and translating AI capabilities into practical business value.
• Strong outcome orientation and commercial understanding, including P&L-based roadmap decisions.
• Technical fluency across data, APIs, and AI model capabilities.
• Ability to work credibly with engineering without being the primary builder.
• Experience hiring and developing product talent that delivers shipped products.
