Global Head of Quality

Location: Nuneaton or Burton upon Trent, United Kingdom; hybrid with attendance at a hirify.global office for a minimum of 2 days per week. The role includes regular travel to the Benelux business and occasional travel to Asia and other locations.

What you will do

• Define and deliver the global Quality Management System strategy, operating model and governance framework.
• Set consistent standards for incident management, complaints, audits, CAPA and Quality governance.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of electronic QMS and digital Quality systems.
• Develop global Quality reporting, KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility of performance, risk and trends.
• Establish risk-based audit and assurance frameworks and track actions through to resolution.
• Lead and develop Quality teams across the UK & Ireland, Benelux and Asia, including supplier Quality and product withdrawal and recall readiness.

Requirements

• Senior Quality leadership experience in food, FMCG, consumer health, retail or another regulated environment.
• Experience leading and developing Quality teams across multiple locations or markets.
• Experience embedding Quality Management Systems across teams, markets or business units.
• Practical expertise in QMS, incident management, audits, complaints, CAPA and Quality governance.
• Experience implementing or governing electronic QMS and digital Quality solutions.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience in Quality, Food Science, Consumer Health or a related discipline.
