Associate Applied AI, Rotational Program, London

Location: London, UK. Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more office attendance.

What you will do

• Build production-ready agents, Skills, and customer solutions using Claude’s SDK and API.
• Develop scalable code examples, architectures, integration patterns, demo environments, and technical proofs of concept.
• Document best practices for LLM prompting, evaluation, agentic workflows, and architecture design.
• Conduct technical discovery, help customers design scalable AI architectures, and provide troubleshooting support during evaluations.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Account Executives during sales and post-deployment activities.
• Rotate across Applied AI segments for six months and synthesize customer feedback for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solutions architecture, or a related area.
• Strong coding fundamentals in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience building functional applications or technical projects and working with APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns.
• Understanding of software development workflows, architecture patterns, and developer productivity tools.
• 0–2 years of customer-facing technical experience, with the ability to present technical concepts to different audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience; fluency in more than one language.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales engineering, technical support, consulting, teaching, or similar customer-facing work.
• Experience debugging technical issues and troubleshooting complex implementation challenges.
