What you will do
- Define and implement automation strategies aligned with industrial site objectives.
- Design, develop, validate, and industrialize robotic and automated solutions for Industry 4.0 projects.
- Integrate sensors, machine vision, traceability, measurement, safety equipment, and industrial communication systems.
- Develop and optimize robotic programs and control algorithms to improve performance and reliability.
- Lead technical specifications, manufacturing follow-up, onsite integration, user training, and change management.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, industrial IT, and engineering teams while supporting project planning, scheduling, and budget monitoring.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Robotics, Automation Engineering, Industrial Computing, or a related engineering discipline.
- 6–10 years of experience in robotics, automation, or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience developing, integrating, and deploying robotic and automated solutions in industrial environments.
- Mandatory experience with KUKA, FANUC, ArcTool, and Robotic Process Automation.
- Knowledge of ROS, Python, C/C++, PLC, SCADA, and industrial communication networks.
- Native-level French is required.
