What you will do

• Provide integrated workforce planning services to career center customers.
• Help customers develop, evaluate, and implement plans to find employment or build employment skills.
• Develop and maintain contact with customers and service providers to coordinate service needs.
• Support customers with self-assessment and employment planning.

Requirements

• Customer focus, learning orientation, teamwork, and technical capacity.
• Basic computer literacy, including Internet and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Mandatory keyboarding skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and customer-service communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
