What you will do

• Operate the proprietary internet-based Rebalancer application.
• Communicate proactively and professionally with clients by phone and provide assistance with client-specific needs.
• Decipher, process, and follow through on client requests.
• Help clients configure their individual sites within the system.
• Coordinate between clients and internal Black Diamond departments when required.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Working toward or holding a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Business, finance, or information systems studies are preferred.
