Field Supervisor (Hazmat Field Services)

Location: Aston, PA, USA; full-time, on-site field role.

What you will do

• Supervise, lead, and direct Hazmat Field Service Technicians and Hazmat Driver/Operators.
• Distribute daily workloads and coordinate the completion of assigned jobs and tasks.
• Enforce company, customer, and federally required safety policies and procedures.
• Review site paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for the company and customers.
• Adapt field assignments to customer requirements, schedules, weather, and changing operating conditions.
• Interact professionally with customers and vendor representatives and report accidents or injuries.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in environmental or industrial services, preferably emergency response.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Tank Entry Supervisor in API.
• Ability to work in elevated or confined-space entry areas and follow Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures; training is provided.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maintain equipment and company property and document incidents promptly.
