What you will do
- Train employees on EHS policies, safe work practices, and protection against chemical and physical agents.
- Conduct daily safety audits, pre-job risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Develop and update safety procedures and implement safety improvement programs.
- Investigate EHS incidents, assign corrective actions, and address employee safety concerns.
- Develop industrial hygiene monitoring programs, perform exposure evaluations and sampling, and implement exposure controls.
- Support process safety management, emergency response, ERT activities, and site security procedures.
Requirements
- Experience implementing EHS policies in an industrial setting.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in a safety-related field.
- Safety-sensitive role requiring onsite work at the Verdigris Complex.
- Ability to conduct safety audits, incident investigations, exposure evaluations, and employee training.

- Certifications such as CSP, CIH, or EMT.
