Focus on managing assessment centres, supporting the three-day PA Futures programme in London, maintaining participant data, and improving recruitment and programme workflows.

Location: Hybrid working in the UK, with two office days per week and additional in-person attendance required in Cambridge and London. Some UK roles require security clearance; applicants must be British citizens or have been continuously resident in the UK for the past five years to meet the stated residency prerequisite.

What you will do

  • Coordinate early-careers recruitment and programme activity for graduate, apprentice, intern, and industrial placement populations.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, interview and assessment scheduling, communications, progress tracking, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate assessment centres, careers fairs, insight events, university activity, and candidate engagement events.
  • Support offers, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning sessions, programme meetings, performance reviews, and progression activity.
  • Help deliver the three-day PA Futures programme in London and represent the Early Careers team at events through presentations and briefings.
  • Maintain accurate participant records, schedules, reports, and programme documentation while improving administration and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in Early Careers, Talent, or HR and motivation to develop in this field.
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, attention to detail, record keeping, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Early Careers, recruitment, HR, learning, events, programme coordination, customer service, volunteering, internships, placements, or a relevant environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, participants, colleagues, universities, providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and confidence learning recruitment, HR, and programme systems.
  • Ability to attend UK-based events and meet the stated UK residency requirements where security clearance is required.
