People Relations Partner (HR): Managing and supporting People Relations cases across specialist hubs with an accent on ER practices, risk management, and case trend analysis. Focus on driving continuous improvement in colleague experience and ensuring fair, values-led handling of sensitive employee matters.
Location: Hybrid (Bristol or London), 3 days in the office required

What you will do
- Act as the primary People Relations partner for the CFU, ensuring high-quality case delivery.
- Oversee the case landscape, including high-risk and sensitive employee relations matters.
- Identify trends and insights from cases to drive continuous improvement and enhance colleague experience.
- Collaborate with Legal, Ethics, Corporate Investigations, and HR teams to remove blockers.
- Manage the PR dashboard and present data-driven recommendations to leadership forums.
- Coach colleagues and deliver PR training and service reviews.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Employee Relations (ER) practices, policies, and procedures.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to evaluate data and translate case trends into actionable insights.
- Proven experience in project management and designing training programs.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
