AI Automation & Technical Operations Specialist

hirify.global is building an AI operating system that helps large enterprises manage the complexity of SAP systems, legacy code, migrations, and changing product requirements.

What you will do

• Partner with leads across GTM, product, finance, and operations to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.
• Build and deploy AI agents, automations, and internal tools using code-first approaches and modern low-code platforms.
• Work with engineering to understand the technical product and improve developer productivity workflows.
• Build and maintain internal knowledge systems that become more valuable over time.
• Own automation adoption end to end, from identifying opportunities through deployment and usage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical operations, solutions engineering, internal tools, or technical product roles.
• Strong technical ability, including the ability to prototype real workflows with code-first approaches.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Clay, Gumloop, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of software development and the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Strong process thinking, prioritization skills, commercial awareness, and a high-ownership working style.
