Buying Groups Insurance Broker

Location: Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, Australia; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Manage industry insurance schemes through day-to-day strategic and operational activities.
• Provide high-quality service to scheme members and corporate sponsors.
• Progress new and renewal policy binding, invoicing, and distribution of policy documentation.
• Process quotation and placing slips and prepare materials for pre-renewal and broking meetings.
• Produce renewal reports and insurance manuals as required.

Requirements

• Appropriate approval to work in Australia is required.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification.
• Experience in client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong Microsoft Suite and broker IT platform skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and work as a motivated, results-focused self-starter.
