Focus on defining verification campaigns, evaluating spacecraft test results, coordinating subsystem requirements, and preparing launch and flight operations.
Location: Bremen, Germany; hybrid work and mobile work abroad are available.

What you will do
- Support the definition of satellite architectures in collaboration with the Systems Engineering Manager, architects, and subsystem engineers.
- Manage internal and external satellite interfaces, including launcher interfaces, and analyse functional and interface requirements.
- Flow down satellite requirements to subsystem specifications and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Coordinate technical system budgets covering electrical power, propellant, telemetry, command, pointing, and mass properties.
- Support spacecraft validation, verification, AIT planning, system-level testing, and evaluation of test results.
- Prepare launch and flight phases, operations data, spacecraft databases, simulators, and project risk management activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, physics, aerospace engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in satellite studies, proposals, and implementation projects across phases A/B through B2/C/D.
- Experience conducting technical negotiations with customers.
- Self-managed, proactive, process-oriented, and collaborative working style.
- Very good command of English and German is required.
