Customer Demand Planning Team Leader

Location: Nasr City, Egypt; onsite

What you will do

• Manage and supervise the Customer Demand Planning organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Lead direct reports by setting objectives, assigning responsibilities, monitoring results, and supporting professional development.
• Plan team activities, ensure process execution and governance adherence, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Support customer relationship management, including RFQs, demand understanding, red alerts, and supply chain disruptions.
• Validate the Master Production Schedule within the production facility.
• Ensure on-time-in-full deliveries at an optimum cost level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Proven supervisory experience as a Team Leader, Segment Leader, or in a similar role.
• Experience with operational KPI monitoring, service delivery, team performance, process management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good command of English in written and spoken communication, including professional reporting.
