Production Planning Lead Specialist

What you will do

• Develop and manage production plans to meet customer demand while maintaining optimal finished-goods inventory.
• Monitor demand and production performance, adjusting plans to maintain product availability and reduce excess or obsolete stock.
• Identify supply risks early and coordinate alternative solutions to support on-time and in-full deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams on material availability, dispatch, and transportation planning.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP data integrity for finished goods.
• Manage material transitions, analyze demand and inventory variances, support stock-taking, and prepare claims related to obsolete inventory or demand fluctuations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in planning operations.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools.
