Quality Assurance Team Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Manage QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Develop quality strategies aligned with business priorities to reduce risk and ensure reliable, high-performing applications.
• Advance automation and AI-assisted testing through innovative tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Partner with business and technology teams throughout application planning, development, and release.
• Track and report quality metrics to support leadership decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and automated testing, including 3+ years in leadership or mentoring.
• Ability to translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
• Working knowledge of RESTful architecture and hands-on API testing experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
