Safety & Compliance Engineer (Investigator/Auditor)

Location: Brize Norton, United Kingdom; onsite working 100%

hirify.global Defence and Space provides continuous aircraft maintenance and airworthiness services to the Royal Air Force under a Ministry of Defence contract.

What you will do

• Conduct audits within MRP Pt.145 and Pt.M in line with local procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform investigations and root cause analysis across MRP Pt.145 and Pt.M operations.
• Manage investigations and liaise with senior leadership and delegated contacts.
• Promote compliance and Safety Management System cultures across the organisation.
• Participate in departmental and organisational meetings.
• Support continuous improvement programmes and projects.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of MRP and CAA Pt.145 and Pt.M regulations.
• Experience or strong interest in investigations and root cause analysis.
• Experience conducting audits against a recognised standard.
• Good working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems.
• Good aviation engineering knowledge.
• Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance required.
