TL;DR
Lead Infrastructure Engineer (Pre-sales): Overseeing the deployment and transition of technical infrastructure solutions for air travel industry clients with an accent on bridging high-level architecture and hands-on delivery. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid: work from home up to 2 days/week)

What you will do
- Lead technical activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivery consistency and alignment with client requirements.
- Partner with the Bid team during the presales phase to develop technically feasible designs and accurate effort estimations.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, Project Managers, and Product Engineering (CTO) for custom developments.
- Perform Technical Impact Analysis (TIA) and review Target Design Documents to anticipate provisioning activities.
- Manage the Change Request (CR) process, providing business justification and technical scoping.
- Define requirements for automating provisioning tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in implementation or support of infrastructure platforms and full lifecycle application deployments.
- Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing, ITSM, and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience in capacity planning, configuration management, and system integration.
- Proven ability in technical troubleshooting and technical writing/documentation.
- Competency in managing risk and navigating complex business process improvements.
