Quality Developer (Logistics)

Location: Office-based in Warsaw, Poland, or Bucharest, Romania, with flexibility to work from home

What you will do

• Lead the global quality agenda for Category Contract Logistics across consolidation points and warehouse networks.
• Build a single quality data foundation, redesign KPIs, and develop Power BI reporting for damage, root cause, unit, region, and provider performance.
• Benchmark network performance and convert identified gaps into practical improvement plans.
• Define quality standards, SOP guidance, exception and deviation handling, escalation paths, and launch checklists for new and temporary units.
• Build competence through training materials and support adoption among business teams and service providers.
• Secure suitable handling materials and represent hirify.global as a value- and fact-based partner to service providers.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, handling processes, and damage origins.
• Deep understanding of quality management in outsourced environments and performance improvement through partners.
• Hands-on experience building operational data reporting in Power BI and challenging data quality.
• Experience designing and implementing KPIs, working methods, and standard operating procedures.
• Experience creating training materials and influencing diverse stakeholders without formal authority.
• Relevant university degree, fluent English, and at least 7 years of relevant experience, including influence beyond the candidate's own unit.
