Business Analyst (ICT Business Continuity)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia or Gdańsk, Poland, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 800–1,100 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Identify and define ICT disruption scenarios and map them to Critical Important Functions.
• Contribute to the ICT Business Continuity Planning framework, templates, governance documentation, and lifecycle processes.
• Design and implement ICT BCP testing methodologies based on Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Recovery standards.
• Plan, facilitate, and coordinate stakeholder workshops for developing and maintaining ICT Business Continuity Plans.
• Track actions, coordinate follow-up activities, and prepare project documentation, presentations, status reports, and delivery materials.
• Collaborate with the DORA Programme and business and technology teams to gather requirements and align continuity standards with regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Senior-level Business Analyst profile with 1–3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Business Continuity Planning, or Operational Resilience initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ICT Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience, and Crisis Management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of DORA and other ICT resilience regulations in the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience delivering Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Resilience projects in a financial services environment.
• Experience creating frameworks, policies, procedures, governance documentation, and operational processes.
• Professional proficiency in English, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to facilitate workshops across multiple teams.
