Senior Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics

What you will do

• Lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting to support workforce decisions.
• Own and improve the headcount planning process, including automation, data quality, governance, and operational excellence.
• Use Power BI, Power Automate, and other analytics solutions to develop workforce insights.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Rewards, and business leaders to translate data into recommendations.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships and drive scalable improvements to workforce planning practices.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in strategic workforce planning within a complex global organisation.
• Advanced expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI, advanced Excel, and data visualisation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate complexity, and drive alignment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting complex data as clear recommendations.
• Curious, collaborative, proactive, and confident in challenging existing ways of working.
