Junior Electronics Technician (Aerospace)

Location: Fremantle, Australia; onsite work required for installation and maintenance

What you will do

• Assemble and rework electronic boards.
• Build cable assemblies and fabricate electronic cabinets and housings.
• Manufacture, assemble, and test acoustic products.
• Perform fault finding and testing of electronic systems and circuit boards.
• Support quality control activities for incoming goods when required.
• Support onsite installation and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Experience with general wiring, cabling, and connector termination.
• Working knowledge of wiring and engineering drawings.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and electronic systems fault finding.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic computer skills.
• Cert III and/or IV in a relevant field.
• Driver's licence, Construction White Card, and eligibility to obtain and hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance required.
