What you will do
- Support the development and implementation of advisor rewards, incentives, and recognition programs for annual and quarterly sales promotions.
- Coordinate rewards sourcing, procurement, fulfillment, distribution, delivery, and inventory management.
- Prepare reports on rewards utilization, advisor feedback, satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
- Support promotional creatives, art cards, and campaign communication materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign budgets, prepare budget utilization reports, and coordinate vendor payment processing.
- Work with Distribution, CXM, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or an equivalent field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of budget administration, expense monitoring, procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with the agency force and strong stakeholder coordination skills.
