What you will do

• Lead and manage complex and high-value claims across Fine Art, Specie, and Marine Cargo.
• Handle claims in line with hirify.global’s claims philosophy, reserving standards, handling manual, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive customer-focused claims management through timely service and clear communication with brokers and insureds.
• Produce claim narratives, monitor developments, and provide reporting information to management.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, outwards reinsurance, brokers, and legal providers.
• Provide feedback on claims trends, policy wordings, loss performance, and underwriting efficiency.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience managing complex and/or high-value claims portfolios.
• Background and knowledge in Fine Art and Specie claims.
• Knowledge of Marine Cargo is desired.
• Ability to analyse claims data, identify causation trends, monitor KPIs, and support underwriting decisions.
• Ability to negotiate complex coverage matters and build relationships with brokers, underwriters, and legal providers.
• ACII accreditation completed or in progress.
