Engineering Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at Axis headquarters in Lund, Sweden; approximately 20 travel days per year to contract manufacturers around the world.

What you will do

• Build, verify, and prepare high-volume production machines for delivery to Axis production sites.
• Participate in product development projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan and organize daily engineering work.
• Coordinate fixture deliveries to subcontractors.
• Provide first-line technical support to Axis production sites.
• Communicate and collaborate with development projects, suppliers, subcontractors, and production stakeholders.

Requirements

• Technical background with a strong interest in hands-on technical work and business development.
• BSc or MSc in Engineering, ideally Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Structured, driven, curious, and innovative approach to completing deliverables.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Lund and travel approximately 20 days per year.
