EPG Taiwan Manufacturing Site Director (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Tainan, Taiwan. Onsite manufacturing site leadership role; travel required 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Lead the Taiwan EPG manufacturing site as its strategic and operational head.
• Direct equipment refurbishment, upgrades, customer delivery, and lifecycle support for legacy and 200mm semiconductor equipment.
• Plan resource utilization, plant capacity, production schedules, budgets, and on-time delivery.
• Lead operations personnel and subordinate managers while maintaining safety, housekeeping, and production standards.
• Drive Lean, quality, safety, process improvement, and production technology initiatives.
• Partner with senior and executive management to align operations with business needs and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of operational systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness supporting financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers of managers and executing functional business plans.
• Ability to resolve highly complex or unusual business problems using advanced analytical judgment.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations.
