Associate Lecturer (Level A) - Nursing

Location: Primarily based at hirify.global Gold Coast, Australia; may require work across other university locations. Unrestricted Australian working rights required.

Salary: AUD 82,704–111,219 per annum plus 17% superannuation. Total FTE package: AUD 96,764–130,126 per annum.

• Deliver engaging learning experiences across undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.
• Facilitate contemporary teaching and assessment practices that support student achievement.

• Contribute to research, scholarship, and professional activities in nursing.
• Engage with industry and community partners to support student learning and employability.

Requirements

• Hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra.
• Hold a Bachelor of Nursing and a postgraduate nursing qualification at Graduate Certificate level or higher, or have significant relevant clinical and professional experience.
• Demonstrate contemporary nursing knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills across academic, clinical, and professional environments.
• Commit to ongoing professional development; completion of or current enrolment in a master’s degree is viewed favourably.
