What you will do

• Support the Spartan Pilot Initial Qualification course and advanced C130 training programs.
• Deliver mission briefings and debriefings for pilot students.
• Provide hands-on C130 simulator instruction using a new Flight Training Device.
• Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams to keep training equipment operational.
• Develop and continuously improve training materials and the course syllabus.

Requirements

• Experienced ex-military pilot with C130 flying and instructional experience.
• Must be from the UK, US, or Canada to meet security clearance requirements.
• Must relocate to Australia and work at RAAF Base Amberley near Brisbane.
• Passion for pilot training and instruction in a high-performing aviation environment.
