Fraud Process & Analytics Professionals (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Own and improve fraud-related processes by identifying control gaps, bottlenecks, manual steps, and abuse points.
• Analyze customer, seller, order, payment, and behavioral data with SQL and BigQuery to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, root causes, and emerging risks.
• Quantify financial, operational, and customer or seller impact to prioritize fraud initiatives.
• Design fraud rulesets, risk indicators, thresholds, controls, and monitoring frameworks while balancing false positives and false negatives.
• Drive cross-functional fraud projects from problem definition and business case through implementation and post-launch monitoring.
• Build reporting structures for fraud KPIs, leakage, operational costs, control performance, and project impact.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in fraud, business development, risk analytics, internal audit, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, analytical judgment, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of process design, control logic, fraud risks, and automation opportunities.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional projects from analysis through implementation and impact measurement.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Good command of English and availability for a hybrid role in Istanbul.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery.
• Marketplace, e-commerce, or banking fraud experience.
