Accounts Payable – Financial Executive (GST/TDS)

hirify.global provides IT consulting services and is hiring for a finance role focused on accounts payable operations.

What you will do

• Process and verify vendor invoices, maintain invoice trackers, and match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Manage payment schedules, vendor records, payment terms, and banking details.
• Perform vendor reconciliation, resolve payment queries and discrepancies, and review AP aging reports.
• Support month-end closing, GST filings, input tax credit reconciliation, and statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare AP/MIS reports, maintain accurate records, and support internal, external, and statutory audits.
• Coordinate with Procurement, AR, Finance, and other internal teams while identifying process improvement and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
• Strong experience in invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, MSME compliance, and accounting processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another ERP system.
• CA Inter or another relevant accounting qualification or course.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
