Customer Service Representative - French Speaker (Life Sciences)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Onsite role working EMEA shift hours from 9 am to 6 pm CET and following the France public holiday schedule.

What you will do

• Manage customer orders from order entry through product delivery.
• Communicate directly with customers to support satisfaction and resolve requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, distribution, manufacturing, and other functional teams.
• Build foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations.
• Develop toward subject-matter expertise in international business and customer order management.

Requirements

• Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, strong organization, prioritization, and customer-centric skills.
• Professional fluency in spoken and written French is required.
• Availability to work EMEA shift hours and follow the France public holiday schedule.

Nice to have

• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
• Professional diploma or degree, or equivalent experience.
