Summer 2027 Information Management Intern (June - August)

Location: Boston, United States. Hybrid schedule with 2 remote days and 3 on-site days. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly pay: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Support client reporting, regulatory publishing, publishing verification, and quality control teams.
• Publish and web-verify regulatory documents on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
• Prepare and distribute version-control spreadsheets and evidence for daily and monthly checklists.
• Update and maintain retail publishing events in SharePoint.
• Assist with weekly client-reporting deliverables and coordinate with Legal, Fund Treasury, Marketing, and Transfer Agency teams.
• Prioritize multiple deliverables, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be a rising senior graduating with the class of 2028.
