Summer 2027 Payroll Intern (June-August)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 remote days and 3 on-site days

Hourly pay: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Review timesheets and enter payroll data.
• Assist with payroll entry reviews and reconciliations.
• File and organize payroll-period documentation.
• Analyze general ledger accounts and activity monthly.
• Assist with preparing quarterly performance packages.
• Perform ad hoc analysis as required.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Open to rising seniors graduating in 2028.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation.
• Ability and willingness to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.
