Lecturer (Level B) - Nursing

Location: Primarily based at hirify.global Gold Coast, Australia; may require work across other university locations.

Salary: AUD 117,076–139,031 per year plus 17% superannuation; total package AUD 136,979–162,667 per year.

What you will do

• Teach nursing students in a teaching-focused academic role.
• Coordinate courses and contribute to curriculum development.
• Apply demonstrated clinical nursing expertise to learning and teaching.
• Undertake learning and teaching research or scholarship.
• Supervise Honours and research higher degree students if eligible.

Requirements

• Unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra.
• Master's qualification in Nursing or an equivalent qualification, and/or a PhD in Nursing or a related discipline that is completed or nearing completion.
• Demonstrated track record in tertiary teaching.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Expertise in infection prevention and control, mental health nursing, or aged care.
