Legal Solutions Attorney (Contractor) (AI/legal technology): Building practical AI workflows, prompts, playbooks, agents, and automations for in-house legal teams with an accent on contract review, counseling, governance, and customer enablement. Focus on designing legal workflows, training customers and go-to-market teams, solving implementation challenges, and translating customer feedback into product improvements.
Location: Remote within the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.

What you will do
- Create prompts, playbooks, agents, automations, sample workflows, and documents for contracting, counseling, and governance.
- Partner with in-house legal teams to understand contract review, negotiation, counseling, compliance, and legal operations workflows.
- Design practical AI solutions and support customers after launch alongside Customer Success.
- Lead customer and internal go-to-market workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of AI in legal work.
- Support sales as a legal subject matter expert through tailored pitches and product demonstrations.
- Share customer insights with Product and Engineering and use internally to improve guidance and workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience practicing law, including at least 1 year in-house, in legal operations, or in legal solutions supporting in-house teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI for legal work and implementing it within a legal team.
- Experience with legal technology such as CLM, automation, or other legal software.
- Ability to learn quickly, think critically, apply knowledge creatively, and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent client-facing, written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- U.S. work authorization for any employer is required.

- Experience designing or teaching training programs, workshops, or courses.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation.
- Background in legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal technology adoption.
- Interest in community building, connecting people, and sharing knowledge.
