Contract Manager

What you will do

• Draft prompts that test how AI models draft, review, and redline commercial contracts.
• Review AI-generated contract language for inconsistent defined terms, incorrect cross-references, unbalanced clauses, and obligations without triggers.
• Evaluate the quality of the model’s reasoning.
• Rewrite deficient clauses so that the agreement expresses its intended meaning precisely.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, or managing contracts.
• Strong ability to identify ambiguity, internal conflicts, and one-sided terms.
• Clear written English for producing explanations used as training signals.
• No degree required; demonstrated practical ability is the priority.
